Why am I Tired after 8 hours of sleep? I’m tired because I’ve been up all night long, stretched and worked myself to the max. At the beginning, when I was in my deepest state of tiredness, I didn’t really understand it. But after many nights of asking myself this question, I started to see a pattern.
It’s not my imagination that I’ve spent most of the night working. The reason behind this tiredness is nothing but sleep loss. When I sleep, my body receives lots of nourishment and rest. Over an extended period of time, this nourishment can wear off and become what I’ve come to know as tiredness.
Why am I tired after 8 hours of sleep? The reason behind it all is due to my body’s inability to make enough energy to support my activity through the day. In short, I’ve used up most of my energy before I’ve even laid my head down to sleep! This tiredness stems from this energy deficiency.
There is a simple solution to this tiredness. It all boils down to my body’s inability to store the right amount of energy to fuel my activities through the day. It takes me about eight hours of sleep at night to replenish my body’s stores. Hence, the reason behind my need to rest so much!
I know that it’s tough to deal with this situation. This is why I like to use the reason behind the tiredness to help me in figuring out the best way to help my body replenish itself. This way, I’d at least have a better chance of staying calm while my sleeping partner recovers from whatever condition she is suffering from.
The first reason behind why I feel fatigued after a night of sleep is because my energy reserves are low. To be more precise, I lost the energy I had during the previous night’s sleep. This energy should have lasted through the entire night, thus giving me enough strength to complete my activities during the day. Since I’ve lost such a large amount of energy during the previous night’s sleep, my body will definitely need at least an hour or so of restoration before I can get up and start working.
Another reason behind why I’m so tired is because I have very low blood sugar levels. This is also the reason behind why I was so tired in the morning. If my body doesn’t have sufficient energy to function properly, it would utilize its glucose supplies to produce energy. However, since my blood sugar has been severely depleted, my body ends up using its fat cells for energy instead of glucose, resulting in even further reduced energy levels.
The final reason behind why am i tired after 8 hours of sleep is because I lack quality sleep. There are many factors that could contribute to our poor sleep quality. These factors include insomnia (this includes my case), poor diet, stress, insufficient physical activity, etc. However, one of the biggest contributing factors to our poor sleep quality is the amount of sleep we get each night. In order to make sure you get a good night’s sleep, it is recommended to ensure you follow a sleep schedule and adhere to it.
The last reason behind why I’m tired after 8 hours of sleep is because of the amount of work I have to do during the day. I often find myself waking up way early in the morning just to catch up on any work I missed. And when I get up, I don’t usually make it to the office on time. My body also requires more energy to move around since it has been so tired. Therefore, the more I work during the day, the more tired my body gets.
Now that I understand the reasons behind my tiredness, I now know what to do about it. To combat tiredness, I suggest you get at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. Walking is an ideal exercise to do if you have no time to go out and jog. Jogging can be done in your driveway or in your local park, and it will still give you a great amount of physical exercise. Even better, you will find that exercise will help your tiredness because it makes your body stronger.
That’s the reason why am I tired after 8 hours of sleep. You need to provide your body with an ideal amount of physical exercise in order to counteract the effects of your previous night’s sleep. If you don’t have time to go out and jog or walk, you can purchase treadmill at your local store or online to get your daily dose of exercise. But above all, make sure that you provide your body with enough rest to recuperate and recharge itself.
